Our facilities are equipped with all requisite laboratory glassware and distillation equipment from 5-milliliter to 50-liters. We have a Parr hydrogenator (High Pressure), HPLC, NMR, LC-MS, etc. on-site. We have access to other analytical services at Duke and UNC-Chapel Hill.

Indus BioSciences

Indus BioSciences has a modern laboratory with 30 fume hoods, four walk-in hoods, a kilo lab and all the necessary equipment including HPLC & GC. We are well equipped to make gram to multi-kilogram scale quantities of complex organic molecules, pharmaceutical intermediates and APIs.

Pilot Plant

Indus BioSciences has built a modern pilot plant with the equipment ranging from 100 liters to 2500 liters which allows us to manufacture 1 kg to 1000 kg of key intermediates and APIs under cGMP. The plant has all the necessary equipment to support process R&D, QC/QA requirements, low temperature chemistry (-70 degrees centigrade), high pressure reactions (40 PSI) and hydrogenation equipment with a capacity of 50-350 liters.
